The Italy City Council will have their monthly meeting on Monday, February 13th, 2012. The meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, 105 Main Street, Italy. Meeting time is 6:30pm. The agenda slates four Regular Session items and one Closed Session item.

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the approval of Resolution No. 12-0213-01, a resolution authorizing the suspension of the proposed effective date of the proposed rate schedules of the Mid-Tex Division of Atmos Energy.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding a request from Albert Garcia to purchase rail road property PID #203762.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the approval of a Joint Election Agreement between The City of Italy and the Italy Independent School District.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Ordinance No. 12-0213-01, an Ordinance.

Closed Session Agenda Item:

• Deliberation regarding a disciplinary action appeal by Ronda Cockerham (Texas Government Code section 551.074).
