Italy ISD nurse, DeeDee Hamilton, has coordinated a flu shot clinic to be held at both Italy ISD campuses on Monday, October 14th. The community is welcome, however; you must contact Mrs. Hamilton via phone or email by Thursday, October 10th to make sure that enough vaccine is made available. • Stafford Elementary Campus
  • 7:00am to 8:00am
• Italy High School Campus
  • 7:00am to 8:00am

Flu shots will be $20 and will be administered by Health Matters. Health Matters is a wellness group contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield that coordinates with school districts and communities in administering flu vaccines.

Important information from DeeDee Hamilton:

The flu shots are for children 5 and older but it cannot be the first time that they have received a flu shot. If they are a minor they have to be accompanied by an adult.
