Day of Caring — In partnership with United Way of Johnson County, Meals-on-Wheels of Johnson and Ellis Counties will be collecting personal items for care packages for our clients to be distributed on Johnson County “Day of Caring.” (United Way)

As a part of this year’s Johnson County United Way “Day of Caring,” we are in need of personal items.

These items will be delivered to Meals-on-Wheels’ clients on Saturday, September 27.

Here is a list of items needed.

  • Shampoo
  • Soap
  • Lotion
  • Combs
  • Deodorant
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Razors
  • Shaving Cream
  • Denture Cleaner
  • Tissues
  • Small puzzle books
  • Stationary
  • Pens

Please note that all donations for the event are needed by Noon on Friday, September 26.
