Lady Bulldogs stop Lady Gladiators
The Milford Lady Bulldogs came to Italy and stopped the Lady Gladiators Tuesday night in four sets of volleyball.
Milford Lady Bulldogs stepped up on Tuesday night and took from the Italy Lady Gladiators another win. Lady Bulldogs won the first round of games earlier in the season. This win came with play of four sets, Italy winning the second set — 25-20, 25-28, 25-21, 25-17.
Italy’s Head Coach Andi Windham said, “I was impressed with how well the girls played together last night. No, we didn’t come out winners, but the team we had in August would not have looked that good last night. I am hoping to really surprise some of the teams that beat us first round.”
