FUMC Pastor, Beverly Hamilton, Passes Away

On Friday morning, Rev. Beverly Hamilton, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Italy and mother of Italy High School senior, Mike Vlk and friend to many, went home to be with our Lord at the age of 46.

A memorial service for Rev. Hamilton will be held on Friday, December 19th at 6:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Italy, located at 124 Harpold Street. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made in Bev’s name to the Methodist Church in Italy.

The family expresses their gratefulness for the outpouring of kind thoughts, prayers and food that have been sent their way.
