The City Council will discuss and consider the re-zoning of the old nursing home. As previously reported the Italy City Council tabled the final approval of this proposed zoning request during its January monthly meeting.

• Poplar Street repair request by Larry Swanson
• bids for White Street
• proposal request for sanitation services
• contracting repairs for waterline leaks

There will also be a closed session meeting to discuss the vacancy of the Public Works Director.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2009 in the council chambers behind the police station next to city hall. As always the meeting is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend.
