Bailey Eubank, daughter of Larry and Sandy Eubank of Italy, competed at the Ft. Worth Stock Show this year. She also proved that she is still a fierce competitor. Bailey is a 6th grade student at Stafford Elementary in Italy.

Bailey is carrying on a strong family tradition of showing animals. Her grandfather, father and sister have all been in the show ring and netted many awards. She knows she has big shoes to fill.

“I showed T-Bone, a Shorthorn steer, in Ft. Worth,” Eubank said. “I placed 4th in the Class I, Shorthorn Division. We made the sale and T-Bone was sold for $4,500.”

Bailey loves showing cattle and is good at it. The evidence is in all the awards she has won. She knows the money she receives at the sales will help her attend college in the future.

She will show an American steer in San Antonio this week. She is not sure how she will do in San Antonio, but she hopes she can bring home another win.
