Italy plays the Menard Yellow Jackets on Friday, February 27th in Dublin, Texas at 7:30 p.m. – This article contains instructions to assist Gladiator Fans as everyone travels to Dublin, Texas for the Area Championship game. Also, there will be a send-off for the players at 3:00 p.m. in the High School parking lot.

Bring your signs, banners and pom-poms! The team responds well to fan support so make it to Dublin for the big game!

Directions from Italy:

• take Hwy 35 to Hillsboro (or Hwy 77 through Milford if you prefer)
• from Hwy 35 take exit 370 to Hwy 77 (once you have passed the Hwy 35 E/W split)
• enter into downtown Hillsboro on Hwy 77
• once in downtown Hillsboro take a right on Hwy 22 (also W. Elm Street) on the south side of the Square
• continue on Hwy 22 through Whitney, over the Lake Whitney Dam and on into Meridian
• just past downtown Meridian take a right on Hwy 6
• follow Hwy 6 through Iredell, Hico and on towards Dublin
• the Dublin High School campus is on the right before you get into town. You can’t miss it.

Note: It is approximately 38 miles from Hillsboro to Meridian, and another estimated 45 miles from Meridian to Dublin. Drive Safely!
