Camp E.D.G.E. Starts Friday
Camp E.D.G.E. — Vacation Bible School is starting on Friday, June 26 at 6:00 pm at the Italy Methodist Church. Pre-K through 6th grade students are invited. (Anne Sutherland)
Hiking, fishing, camping under the stars and telling stories around the campfire. You get the feeling of being outside when you travel to Camp E.D.G.E. (Experience & Discover God Everywhere). The First United Methodist Church of Italy is hosting vacation bible school Friday-Sunday and invites all Pre-K to 6th grade students to participate.
Each day, the counselors of Camp E.D.G.E. will start the studies with a visit to the mailbox. The letter will tell of a piece of the camp sign that is missing and the children need to be on the look out around Camp E.D.G.E. to find it. Along with all the other activities, there will be arts & crafts, special snack time, Bible story time and singing special songs. Lots of fun for the local children.
The schedule:
Friday, June 26 6:00-8:00pm
Saturday, June 27 8:00am-3:00pm
Sunday, June 28 10:30am-12:00pm, with lunch served afterwards
