There was a “special delivery” for the Adams family this week. Toby and Kelly Adams were blessed with twin boys, Charles Gracin Adams and Zachary Penn Adams. They were born June 30th in Waco Hillcrest Hospital at 11:43 and 11:44 AM.

The twins both weighed in at 6 lbs and 1 oz and were 18 and 18 1/2 inches respectively.

A “special delivery” seems very appropriate since the new Grandmother is Terry Adams our postmaster at the Italy Post Office. Terry’s husband Chuck Adams is very happy to be a Grandfather again too.

Gracin is doing fine and Terry has even gotten to hold him. Zachary is in NICU with fluid in his lungs, but breathing on his own. The doctor says he is doing great. Zach should get to go home in just a few days, the rest of the family will be home on Friday or Saturday.

The other proud grandparents are Guy and Rhonda Beauchamp of Waco.

Chuck and Terry’s daughter Misty and her husband Jason Drain had their twins, Colin and Taylor Drain ten years ago on July 12th. Terry (the proud grandmother), said, “We can’t believe our kids each had a set of twin boys – ten years apart! Ain’t life grand!” Tanner is the baby of Misty and Jason, he is eight years old.

Terry said, “I think the neatest thing too is that the 30th of June is Kelly’s (the mom) birthday and she was turning 30 that day too. What a neat birthday present – twin boys on your 30th birthday.”
