The Italy City Council will have a meeting on Monday, August 10. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 6:30. Agenda items include setting the 2009 Property Tax Rates, establishing hours of operation of the George E. Scott Memorial Park, and Ronald Janek will be addressing the Council concerning the stop signs placed at Seay and Ward Streets.

City Hall is located at 105 Main Street in Italy, Texas. This meeting is open to the public and all is welcome to attend.
