Obituary: Billy Ray Bradley, 1930 – 2009

Billy Ray Bradley, age 79, of Milford, passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie. Billy Ray was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Milford where he served as a Deacon. He was a member of the Milford Cemetery Association and an active member of the Senior Citizens Center of Milford. He retired from TXU in 1987 after 35 years. Billy Ray was a longtime Funeral Attendant for Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home.

Survivors include cousins, Betty Saylors and husband Bob of Waxahachie, Joe Bradley and wife Pat of Italy, Jack Bradley and wife Tuleda of Arlington, Wynell Presley and husband Harlan of Italy, Laverne Henson of Arlington, Wilma Reed of Everman, Wanda Ruth McCoy of Tyler, Quiva J. Hays of Cleburne and Jimmy Strength of Burleson.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy.

Funeral services will 2PM Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Milford with Reverend John Wheatley officiating and Reverend Shane Norcross and Reverend Scott Fenton assisting.

Pallbearers will be Alex Adamson, Chad Saylors, Keith Hines, James Strength, Rusty Hightower, Steve Gilley, Brian Saylors and Darrell Strength. Honorary pallbearer will be Bob Adamson.
