The Lady Gladiators 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams took on the Covington Lady Owls this week at the dome. The 7th grade Italy team took the win in three sets. While the 8th grade team only took two.

Coach Andi Windham said, “The girls are really coming along with their volleyball skills. They are moving well on the court and trying to pass, set, hit most of the balls.” These girls are the future Lady Gladiators and Windham explained, “It’s exciting to see what we have too look forward to at the JV and Varsity level.”

Next games scheduled are away on October 19 at the Waxahachie Advantage Academy beginning at 5:30.
