Come see what Danza Girls are all about! Owners & Certified Zumba Instructors, Casey Holden and Suzann Hyles will be teaching the dynamic, new exercise craze sweeping the country!

Classes will be held Monday – Thursday, 5-6 pm, in the lunchroom at Italy High School.

Be ready to move to the beat of Latin, hip hop, rock & roll and a little bit of country. Think you don’t have rhythm? Doesn’t matter…what does matter…enjoying a workout that is not like anything you have ever experienced before…BECAUSE…IT’S FUN, FAST, AND FOR ALL AGES!

An added bonus…it’s being taught in Italy! No more driving twenty miles to get fit and fabulous, it’s right here.
