Milford’s Angels need a little help this year
Milford’s Police department has an Angel Tree every year, in fact this is the sixth year they have participated in this program. This year they are needing a little help. Times are tough this year and there are many “Angels” that need to be adopted.
Milford Police Chief Carlos Phoenix heads up this program every year along with help from the other officers. Chief Phoenix said, “Times are hard and people are needing a little help at Christmas time. We have between 40-45 ‘Angels’ still on our tree. Please come on out and adopt an ‘Angel’ and help to make Christmas a little brighter for those in need.”
If you would like to adopt an “Angel” the Milford Police department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Just pick an “Angel” or two off the tree. Unwrapped presents need to be turned in at the police station by December 21st. This allows all the gifts to be wrapped and delivered in time for Christmas.
If you have any questions call: 972-493-4193 and one of the officers will be glad to help you.
Thank you for making Christmas a little brighter!
