Ellis County employees were honored Friday night at the Ellis County Employee Appreciation Dinner held at the Civic Center in Waxahachie.

Recognized for 5 years of service were: Peggy Benedict, Page Bishop, Amie Buchanan, Donalyn Derfer, Davie Embry, Michael Enriquez, Stephen Erickson, Virginia Ferry, Rhonda Ford, Tracy Fowler, Lori Harvey, Karen Jowell, Cherilee Lujan, David Lytle, Daniel McCord, Charletta Middleton-Breed, Jo Anna Miranda, J.L. Oxford, Raelee Parrish, James Pharr, Larry Pollock, Jerry Rider, Ashley Roberts, Nicholas Schindler, Joshua Sipes, Robin Stewart, Cecilia Thomas, Lindy Tober and Debbie Wiggins.

Those with 10 years of service are: Ashley Barnett, Mary Crowell, Tommie Eberhart, Sheryl Ground, Nancy Harris, Terry Hill, Karen Ingram, Edwin Krajca, Matthew Martinez, Joanne Olsen, Raquel Piper, Sammy Pleiner, Jimmie Ray, Michael Riley, Keith Roberts, Carla Rolland, Mindy Schwalm, Donna Tay and Patrick Wilson.

Recognition for 15 years of service was given to: Judy Armstrong, Sandra Fisher, Thomas Murphy, Terry Nay, Lonnie Reavis, Hilda Solomon, Lola Spuhler and Charles Wagner.

Mickey Campbell, William Robinson, Johnny Hanes and Judith Land were honored for 20 years of service to the county.
