Amanda (Zambrano) Wilsford graduated from Texas A&M University at Commerce on December 19, 2009. An IHS honor graduate in 2002, Amanda received her associates from Navarro College in 2004 and has now earned her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Texas A&M Commerce.

Amanda did her clinical internship at Glenn Oaks Hospital, Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Care. Amanda will continue her education as her application has been accepted for the Masters Degree Program in Social Work at A&M Commerce. She plans on doing Clinical Social Work and wants to pursue a career in Marriage and Family counseling.

Amanda is married to Andrew Wilsford, son Barry and Kathy Wilsford of Italy. Amanda and Andrew have one son, Damien. Amanda is the daughter of Jessie and Kim Zambrano of Bardwell and her grandparents are Bruce and Nell Frost. Mr. Frost also is an alumnus of Texas A&M Commerce (formerly East Texas University).

Her senior year of high school Amanda was the recipient of the Navarro College Band Scholarship and the Caston Scholarship, the Italy Band Scholarship, the Ladies Fortnightly Books Scholarship which was presented by Mrs. Oliphant, and the FFA Scholarship. Amanda would like to thank these groups for believing in her and helping her achieve her education goals.
