There will be a regular meeting of the Italy City Council tonight, March 8, 2010 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Italy Municipal Building, 105 Main Street. The meeting is open to the public.

Agenda items include:

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding a request by Mackey Graves with the Italy Cemetery Association to use and have access of the railroad easement from Simms St. to Cohagan Park for additional access to the cemetery.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Carl Jaynes addressing the Council regarding the trailer park, trespassing and trash.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the Joint Election Agreement with Italy Independent School District.
