PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Italy City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday September 13, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. at the Italy Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 105 W. Main Street, Italy, Texas, to receive public input regarding the proposed 2010-2011 annual operating budget for the City of Italy.

“THIS BUDGET WILL INCREASE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES COMPARED TO 2009 BY $750.00.”

All persons shall have the right to appear and be heard or submit written comments. The proposed 2010-2011 budget is available for review at Italy City Hall during normal business hours.
