Bobby Lee Barnhart, age 63, of Italy, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.  He was born October 2, 1946 in Columbus, Indiana to Karrell and Angie Marie (Pedigo) Barnhart.  

Bobby was a loving father, husband and grandfather.  He was an avid fisherman and Dallas Cowboy fan and served in the U. S. Army.  After losing his eye sight in his early adult life, Bobby never let it stop him from doing anything, from working on lawn mowers to helping his daughters work on their cars. He was an inspiration to his family and everyone who know him.

Survivors include his wife, Julia Barnhart of Italy; three daughters, Barbara Marie Barnhart and Beverly Ann Barnhart both of Italy and Della Rich of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one son, Michael Lanson of Palmer; two brothers, Thomas Barnhart of Italy and Wayne Barnhart of Houston; two sisters, Barbara Adams of Phoenix, Arizona and Carolyn Renfro of Garland; one granddaughter, Carolyn Speann; step father, Bobby Laney of Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Karrell and Angie Barnhart and one sister, Judy Marie Barnhart.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Sunday, September 12, 2010 at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy.

Funeral services will be 2PM Monday, September 13, 2010 at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel with Brother Ronnie Dabney and Brother Michael Chambers officiating.  Interment will follow at the Italy Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Justin Buchanan, Jasenio Anderson, Colton Campbell, Clayton Campbell, Omar Estrada and Mark Buchanan.
