If you haven’t already, hopefully you will get a chance to see the flags adorning our downtown today. In honor of homecoming and striving for a strengthening of community spirit for our Italy Gladiators (past and present), several business men of the community hung over 30 flags on the sidewalk awning poles of downtown Italy last evening…and it looks awesome!!!

This Gladiator Athletic Booster Club project was headed up by Tommy Rossa of Cowpasture Insurance with the assistance of Erick Thompson of Game On Athletics and Italy ISD school board member and booster club member Larry Eubank. Both Tommy and Erick are officers within the Gladiator Booster Club organization. The efforts of all three of these men with this project are greatly appreciated. (Props also go to Sandy Eubank and Penny Rossa for their manual labor in hanging the flags last night.)
