The Italy City Council held a called meeting Thursday evening to close out the 2009/2010 budget year.

The board adopted Ordinance No. 10-0930-01, which approved the fiscal year 2009/2010 operating budget and ratified all final expenditures made from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 and closed out the budget for accounting purposes.

Mark Souder Sr. was not present at the meeting that lasted two-and-a-half minutes.
