The Italy City Council will conduct its regular monthly meeting tonight, January 10, 2011. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 105 Main Street, Italy, Texas and will begin at 7:00pm.

In addition to the normal department reports there is a lone agenda item regarding Ordinance No. 11-0110-01. This agenda item reads:

Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Ordinance No. 11-0110-01, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Italy, Texas, restricting smoking materials; prohibiting the sale and possession of K2 and related substances; providing a repealer clause; providing a savings clause; providing a severability clause; providing for a penalty; providing for publication; and providing for an effective date.

This meeting is open to the public.
