For the second year in a row, the Pink Divas are sponsoring a Bikers’ Fun Run to benefit the American Cancer Society. The team is raising money and participating in the Relay For Life of Central Ellis County.

“The run was a big success last year so we wanted to host it again,” said Team Captain, Denise Owens. “We are hoping to raise more money for Relay this year than we did last year.”

The fun run is will be held on May 7, 2011 and begin at Fat Daddy’s at 10:00 a.m. and end at Fat Daddy’s at 1:00 p.m. Fat Daddy’s is located at 1011 N. Hwy 77 in Waxahachie. There will also be an auction and other activities. Everyone is encouraged to attend and support the Pink Divas in their fight to find a cure for cancer.

The Relay For Life of Central Ellis County will be held on May 20 & 21, 2011 at the Waxahachie Sports Complex on Hwy 287 & Broadhead Road.
