Lisa Gordon is the new MOW Volunteer Coordinator

Lisa Gordon is one of the newest members of Meals-on-Wheels of Johnson and Ellis Counties, serving as the Ellis County Volunteer Coordinator, serving all communities county-wide. Ms. Gordon joined the Meals-on-Wheels team last August. Her past professional experience includes providing case management to families and children at Texas Baptist Home and Catholic Charities of Fort Worth.

“I am excited to be apart of this amazing organization that is dedicated in helping the homebound and elderly.  I enjoy working with the wonderful volunteers that are devoted to delivering meals to the individuals we serve,” said Ms. Gordon.

Ms. Gordon resides in Waxahachie with her husband and 3 year old son. She received a degree in Sociology from Texas Wesleyan University in 2004. Ms. Gordon enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and scrapbooking in her free time.
