Entrance to the game will be available at 5:00 p.m. and all fans are encouraged to enter Floyd Casey Stadium at Gate 5. Game programs and merchandise will also be available for purchase.

Ninety-three players, 20 cheerleaders and 10 coaches make up this year’s third annual event representing nearly 70 central Texas high schools.

As an FCA All-Star, Italy’s, Jasenio Anderson, has participated in 5 scheduled practices leading up to the big game. He has also visited 4 local outreaches, joined fellow players in trips to the Dr. Pepper History Museum and to the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, competed in a Pancake Eating Contest, enjoyed a Pep Rally and will team with Special Olympic Athletes tomorrow morning before the game for some football and softball fun.

Anderson will be the starting quarterback for FCA Red’s “White” squad (1A and 2A players) that will play the 1st and 3rd quarters. Additionally, Anderson expects to see playing time for Red’s “Black” squad (3A, 4A, 5A players) as a wide receiver. The “Black” squad will compete in the 2nd and 4th quarters. Also, Anderson will likely be kicking field goals for both of FCA Red’s squads throughout the entire game and maybe even punt if he can squeeze that in to his schedule.

It should be worth the the trip for Gladiator fans with Anderson expecting to be all over the field.

Also, keep an eye on Milford Bulldog, Rolando Vega, who will also be an FCA Red teammate of Anderson’s. Good luck to both, Jasenio, and, Rolando, during the Victory Bowl!

Go, Jasenio!
