Lee Roy Finley, Jr., age 78, passed away in Italy on Thursday, June 23, 2011. He was born in Italy on July 25, 1932 to Ruby Nell (Countryman) and Lee Roy Finley, Sr. Lee Roy married Marcia Pearl Windham on March 23, 1957 in Italy. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 647, Shriners, had served as the volunteer Fire Chief in Italy, owned and operated Italy Texaco for 15 years, and was a life time member of the Central Baptist Church. 

He is survived by son, Kip Finley and his wife Renee of Italy; two daughters, Kim Varner and her husband Stevan of Italy, Kae Clingan and her husband Vernon of San Antonio; three grandchildren, James Lee Finley and his fiancé, Emily Langley, David Lynn Clingan and his Wife Ellie, and Jillian Varner; two great grandchildren, Hailey and Caleb Clingan; and sister, Patsy Kirkpatrick of Saginaw, Texas. 

Preceded in death by his wife and parents. 

Services will be at 3 P.M. on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy with Pastor Todd Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Italy Cemetery in Italy. 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy.
