The Italy City Council will have a called meeting on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.  The council will discuss the Water Project Bond and hear presentations regarding bond options as well as other agenda items.

Agenda items:

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the Water Project Bond.
• Hear a presentation by Darren Walloch with Government Capital regarding bond options.
• Hear a presentation by Nick Bulaich with First Southwest regarding bond options.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding authorizing a Financial AdvisoryAgreement for the Water Project Bond.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the adoption of Resolution No. 11-0719- 01, a resolution directing publication of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation; and resolving other matters relating to the subject.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the adoption of Resolution No. 11-0719- 02, a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse costs of projects.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Italy Municipal Building, located at 105 Main Street, Italy, Texas. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend
