The Italy City Council will have their monthly meeting on Monday, November 14, 2011. The meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, 105 Main Street, Italy. Meeting time is 6:30pm.  The agenda slates six Regular Session items which includes several new resolutions as well as all of the other department reports.  

The meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.

Regular Session Agenda Items:

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Ms. Dorothy Ray to address the Council about the Water Debt Service.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the approval of the SCADA system for the Water Bond Project.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Ordinance No. 11-1114-01, an Ordinance amending City Ordinance No. 11-0912-01 requiring all occupied residential and business/commercial units within the City limits of the City of Italy to connect to the City Water System and pay certain fees.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Resolution No. R 11-1114-01, the approval of Phase III EDC Project.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Resolution No. R 11-1114-02 a resolution regarding the ONCOR rate factor increase
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Resolution R 11-1114-03, a Resolution of Votes Cast to Elect Directors for the Ellis Appraisal District for the Years 2012-2013.
