During the regular meeting of the Commissioners’ Court on January 9, Commissioners took no action on a proposal to set a public hearing on raising the weight limits on Arrowhead Road, which is adjacent to the former Superconducting Super Collider.

The public hearing was originally proposed for January 23, during the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Court.

“No action was taken by the court when this discussion was held,” said County Judge Carol Bush. “No future action is contemplated at this time.”

The Court will, of course, hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2012 to consider other County business.
