2005 Italy High School graduate completes his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree
Patrick Roberts, an Italy graduate from the Class of 2005.
Patrick Roberts graduated with his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree this past Sunday in Lubbock at the United Spirit Arena, on the campus of Texas Tech University. Patrick was the valedictorian at Italy High School in 2005. He received his Associate Arts degree in Pre-Pharmacy at Navarro College and was accepted into the Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Pharmacy in 2008.
Patrick received the George E. Scott Memorial scholarship at Italy High School, the Singleton Scholarship from Citizens National Bank, and the Caston Scholarship at Navarro College. “I am appreciative for those scholarships and would like to thank those who made them possible. I thank God for the strength He has given me, and would also like to thank the faculty at Italy High School for their support in helping me reach my goal in becoming a pharmacist. I also would like to thank my family and friends who have supported me during my educational studies.”
Patrick will begin his pharmacy career with the CVS Caremark Corporation.
