As school approaches there are things that the Gladiator Band Boosters need to decide together as a group. Gladiator Band parents need to make time for a short meeting this upcoming Thursday, August 9th at 7:00 pm in the band hall at the high school.
 
There are a number of things that the Boosters will be planning during the meeting: managing the concession stand at home football games, our spring fundraisers and any items Mr. Perez and Mrs. Miller would like to share with us.
 
Any band parent that would like to add any agenda items to this meeting please contact Mark Stiles (contact information below) by noon on August 6th.
 
All Band parents are asked to please send your current telephone number, and email if available, so that records can updated on the Boosters’ contact information list.

All band parents need to attend Thursday’s meeting if at all possible.
 
Booster Club officers are in place and at this point we are looking for volunteers for individual activities. Remember the band is about the children and without parental support it is going to be awfully hard for them to be successful.
 
As always, Mr. Perez and Mrs. Miller have been doing a great job and the band members are looking forward to another great year. Hopefully the Boosters can put together a large group to stand behind them and support them in this year’s endeavors.
