Gladiators are Playoff Bound!!!
The Italy Gladiator boys’ basketball team, head coached by Brian Coffman and assisted by coaches Larry Mayberry and Josh Ward, finished 2nd in their district with an 8-2 record, 13-6 overall, and are excited to be playing in the post season! Coach Coffman has submitted game times and gate prices regarding Italy’s warmup game on Saturday and this coming Tuesday’s impending playoff game.
Warmup Game:
The Gladiators will play a warmup playoff game in Glen Rose on Saturday, February 16, at 4:30 p.m. Italy’s opponent will be Olney, and Italy will be the visiting team. Admission will be $5.00 for everyone, and no passes will be excepted.

Playoff Game:
For Italy’s playoff game, we will have a bi-district match up against Collinsville. The Gladiators will be the visiting team for the game. We will be playing at Richardson High School at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19. The cost at the gate will be $6 for adults and $4 for students. They will except District 14 basketball, senior citizen, THSCA, and TGCA passes to get into the game.
