Kurt Heilbronner, age 75, of Italy, passed away Wednesday evening, March 13, 2013 at his home. He was born November 3, 1937 in Glendale, California to Karl and Lillian (Curtis) Heilbronner. Kurt served in the U. S. Navy for 20 years as a flight mechanic. He retired from Pratt-Whitney after 20 years of service. After his retirement he went to work with his friend, Rick, restoring old WWI and WWII air crafts. Kurt married Ruth Rock on April 27, 2007 in Plano, TX.

Survivors include his wife of 5 years, Ruth Heilbronner of Italy, Texas; three sons, Karl Heilbronner and wife Margie of Plano, Ken Heilbronner of Italy and Kevin Heilbronner and wife Leslie of Corpus Christi; two step-daughters, Carla McCallister and Dwight Parker of Grand Prairie and Marie Kington and Lisa Gonzales of Lahabra, California; one step-son, Jim Stockemer and wife Susan of Seattle, Washington; nine grandchildren, Adrian, Jarod, Darrel, Bryan, Lorrece, Steven, Madison, Jenna and Westley; four great-grandchildren, Jackson, Makai, Malia and Mollianna; and one sister, Lea Heilbronner of California. Kurt was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Wilma Heilbronner.
