Austin — Competing in the 2013 86th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (for qualifying High School athletes), for the second year in a row, Italy High School sophomore Kortnei Johnson left no doubt in the Class A 100 meter dash when she finished with a time of 11.82, just one one-hundreth of a second off from setting a new state record.
