Jacklyn Mae Adams, age 75, of Italy, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Trinity Mission Health & Rehab. She was born September 11, 1937 in Italy to Jack and Aline (Hudson) Paisley. Jacklyn had been the secretary at Central Baptist Church for many years.

Survivors include two daughters, Sherrie Bruce and husband Bobby and Alecia Bland; two sons, Scott Adams and wife Kim and Micheal Adams and wife Theresa; grandchildren, Jennifer Bruce, Jillian Bruce, Caleb Hunt, Chelsey Richards, Caitlin Hunt, Spence Adams, Annie Adams, Sydnee Barley, Wyatt Adams, Ashley Adams, Tyler Shaw, Mathew Edwards and Stephen Edwards; great grandchildren, Haiden Blake, Carson, Tristen, Braeden, Liberty, Justice, Jaxson and Josiah; two sisters, Sandy Schwartz and Pamela Bielak. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Aline Paisley.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy.

Funeral services will be 10AM Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Central Baptist Church in Italy with Pastor John Sursa officiating. Interment will follow at the Italy Cemetery.
