Spray it, Coat it and Save with Polyurethane Foam from Monolithic!

With over 40 years experience, Monolithic Constructors, Inc., is now making available to the general public its ability to spray Polyurethane Foam on just about anything needing to to be made leak proof or sound proof.

Foam Fortifies. Foam is Forever.

The quickest way to lower a home’s utility bills is to cover the roof and insulate walls with Polyurethane Foam. Pressurized testing in homes has proven that traditional fiberglass insulation fails when compared to the air tight seal polyurethane foam creates. Utility bills are drastically reduced once a structure has been coated or sealed with polyurethane foam that never deteriorates. Traditional fiberglass insulation fails in comparison with its inability to keep air from passing thru its open-fibered membrane and becomes even less effective in a high humidity climate.

Using Polyurethane Foam, Monolithic can secure a tight seal or apply insulation for a number of situations including:

  • Insulating homes
  • Making roofs water resistant
  • Sealing cold storage tanks
  • Sound proof trucks and vans
  • Coating sheds
  • Easily sealing crawl spaces that would, otherwise, be difficult to reach
  • Basement ceilings
  • Easy to coat uneven surfaces or uniquely shaped structures
  • Ground cover to keep weeds out

Polyurethane Foam — Cost per square foot per square inch of thickness:

$1.26

Spraying polyurethane foam is about 1/3 to 1/2 more costly than installing traditional fiberglass insulation. However, fiberglass insulation is nothing more than a furnace filter that allows air to flow freely, not to control it or keep air out.
