Pipeline explosion on FM 308 south of Milford; avoid traveling in that area

Milford — Around 9:30 a.m. this morning, Thursday, November 14, dispatcher sent Italy Fire Personnel as well as multiple fire companies in the surrounding area to converge on FM 308 south of Milford with reports of a gas line explosion.

As fire departments and rescue personnel were in route, they were still receiving reports of continued explosions. Italy Neotribune warns its readers to avoid traveling to Milford and areas nearby. This will keep roads clear for fire trucks, etc. and the vapors in the air could affect respiratory breathing.
