Obituary: Annice Marie Elliot, 1932 – 2014

Annice Marie Elliott, 81, a longtime resident of Fort Worth, joined her beloved husband, Bill J. Eillott, in heaven on Saturday, March 1, 2014. A private graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 3 in Granbury Cemetery.

Annice was born Sept. 16, 1932 in Italy to the parentage of William Zora and Lula Victoria Barton Mauldin, an industrious and educationally minded couple. An honor graduate of Italy High School Class of 1949, she continued her education at North Texas State University in Denton, eventually receiving a doctorate degree in business education.

In attendance were her niece and caregiver, Mary Jean “Jeanie” Johnson; her sisters, Jane Mauldin Poe and Faye Mauldin Chapman and husband, Bill; numerous nieces, nephews and family friends.
