Lupe “Sandy” Zapata, age 57, of Bardwell, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014. She was born March 10, 1957 in Ennis, Texas to Natalio and Rosa Zapata.

The family has requested that no one wears black to Sandy’s funeral.

Visitation for family and friends will be 6 to 8PM Friday, September 12, 2014 in the chapel of the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie with a 7PM Rosary.

Mass of Christian burial will be 1PM Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Epiphany Mission Catholic Church in Italy. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
