The Gladiator Athletic Booster Club will have a meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. The meeting will be held in the Italy High School Library at 6:00pm.

Agenda is to discuss:

Asking for a basketball coordinator for the concession stand to have workers set up every game and help us keep up with keeping the stand stocked.
Boosters will have a spread sheet for all IHS sports to come and fill out a few nights a piece to make money for their desired sport first.
Once the sports have filled in their spots we are going to open it up to other IHS organizations. Theatre, FCCLA, FFA, Sponsors for prom etc. to name a few. Everyone is invited to come out and express nights they would be interested in working. Your group will earn 25% for the monies earned. The night you work there will be opportunity to earn more money by selling cupcakes, soup, sandwiches, etc. The monies earned from the extra food you bring in will be 100% which will be yours to manage. Booster is asking for a representative of your sport or organization be present and sign there name and provide a phone number to contact the night of the meeting.

This takes efforts of all parents that have children playing IHS sports and organizations needing to have funds available to make the possible. Please feel free to contact any booster member with questions.
