The upcoming local elections are scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2015. There will be two school board seats, two city council seats along with the mayor up for election this spring.

Early voting dates will be April 27, 2015 thru May 5th, 2015.

City of Italy Elections:

Mayor
Currently held by James Hobbs.
Two City Council Seats
Currently held by Rodney Guthrie and Greg Richards.
Packets are available now at City Hall (101 West Main Street, Italy)
Application deadline is February 27, 2015 – 5:00pm

City Hall hours are 8:00 – 5:00 and are closed from 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch

Italy ISD Elections:

Two School Board Seats
Currently held by Cheryl Owen and Russ Lewis
Packets are available now at the Italy ISD Administration Office (300 S. College Street, Italy)
Application deadline is February 27, 2015 – 5:00pm

Administration Office hours are 8:00 – 4:00 (til 5:00pm Feb. 27)
