Italy ISD Athletic Director/HFC David Weaver has submitted the 2015 Italy Gladiator varsity Football Schedule, as well as, the JV and JH football schedules.
The first scrimmage for the Gladiators will be Away against Valley Mills on Saturday, August 15, with the JV squads starting things off at 10:00 a.m. immediately followed by the varsity scrimmage.
Homecoming will be Friday, October 2, versus Meridian starting at 7:30 p.m. at Willis Field in Italy. Senior Night will be Friday, October 30, against Wortham, also starting at 7:30 p.m.
Its a new era for Gladiator Football and Italy Athletics as a whole with David Weaver, a graduate of Italy High School, beginning his first year at the helm. First year assistant coaches Daniel Weaver (a younger brother of David’s) and Sean Connor are also graduates of Italy High school.
