Girls in Action from Central Baptist Church in Italy will sponsor an Operation Christmas Child with a “Fill the Shoebox” Packing Party on Sunday, November 8, 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Bring your bags of items to Central Baptist Church, 113 S. Ward St., in the Fellowship Center. You can help pack the boxes if you want to!

Our goal is to pack 100 shoeboxes of gifts for children around the world.
We will supply the 100 shoeboxes to pack.
We are asking community members to provide fun and useful gifts that will fit into a shoebox for children ages 2 to 14.
Include $7 for each box to pay for shipping. Cash or checks made out to Samaritan’s Purse are also good.

For many years Mr. Sid Reeves coordinated the Operation Christmas Child shoebox pickup for the community churches. In honor of Mr. Reeves, we would like to dedidcate the Operation Christmas Child “Fill the Shoebox Day” to the late Mr. Reeves who served our community of Italy and our schools for many years.
