Marcus Eugene (Mac Mac) Surles, Jr. 20, of Italy, Texas passed away Friday, October 30, 2015 in Italy, Texas.

He was born on December 03, 1994 in Grand Prarie, Texas to Mark Surles and Wendy L. Garland.

Marcus was a graduate of Italy High School, he loved hanging out with friends, hunting and fishing and had a heart as big as Texas and always was there to help others. He also enjoyed helping his step dad with his taxidermy work. Marcus will be truly missed by his family and friends and all that knew him and loved him.

He was survived by his Parents: Wendy and Larry Green, Father, Mark Surles, Sister: Tiffany Surles, Brother in Law: Justin Posey, Sister: Jessica Posey, Brother In Law: Chris Posey, Step Sisters: Bonnie Mikula & Kristadawn Westbrook, Nephews: Jayden Story, Carson Posey, Easton Posey, Gavin Posey, Mason Posey, Heston Posey and Christian Posey; Niece: Jordan Posey; Aunts and Uncles: Garry Green, Steven Jolly, Kim & Roger Hudson, Amber & Gregg Baggerly, Donnie Slovak; Cousins: Kaylynn Cole, Bailey Neely, T.J. Jones, Morgan Clark, Clayton & Beau Baggerly, Addison & Tripp Slovak and Gwendolyn Jolly. Step Grandmother: Drinda Sullivan and Grandfather: Tommy Surles. He was preceded in death by his Grandmothers Lenora Jolly and Gwen Brunson.

Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 04, 2015 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Italy Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matt Brummett, John Walton, Bailey Walton, Donald Walton, John Hernandez, Lee Fowler, Justin Buchanan, Alex DeMoss and Justin Wood.

Visitation with the family is scheduled for Tuesday, November 03, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
