NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DECEMBER 12, 2015, 12:00 P.M.
ITALY, TEXAS

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 VTCA Government Code, notice is hereby given of Notice of Public Hearing of the City of Italy to be held December 12, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. at Italy City Hall, located at 101 W Main Street, Italy, Texas. The City Council reserves the right to meet in closed session on any agenda item pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

The City of Italy, Texas, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to allow public comment on a Texas Community Development Program infrastructure improvements project (TCDP Contract No. 713239). The project involved water system improvements. The intent of the public hearing is to review program performance and receive public comments.

The public hearing shall be as follows:

TIME: 12:00 PM
PLACE: Italy City Hall, 101 W. Main St., Italy Texas.

Agenda:
1. Review of the TxCDBG Contract
2. Citizens’ views, questions and comments.
