Your Conductor of fun, Mr. Phil, will be coming to the S.M. Dunlap Library, Saturday, July 9th at 2:00PM. Mr. Phil will perform the “Reading Railroad,” a program that promotes summer reading and includes child participation with singing, dancing, and costumes.
