Hillsboro — Included are more images capturing more of the action from the regional quarterfinal matchup between Italy’s Lady Gladiators and the Bosqueville Lady Bulldogs. In the end, Bosqueville outlasted Italy to win the three game series 1-3, 8-7 and 6-2 to advance. The disappointing outcome, however, does not tarnish Italy’s fantastic season that saw them tear through their district opponents to go 12-0 to claim the district title outright and earn an automatic bi-district championship before defeating Gorman in two games for the Area Championship.
