The Italy Historical Preservation Commission and the Italy Youth Baseball, Inc. have also lost their state charters. This is according to the Texas Secretary of State’s website. No record was found for the Italy Youth Athletic Association (IYAA). The IYAA doesn’t seem to be registered with the State of Texas.

In a memo dated February 8, 2008, the “Secretary of State hereby forfeits the charter, certificate or registration” of the Italy Historical Preservation Commission. There isn’t a lot of other information about this change. It appears the initial filing was on April 27, 2007. Included were several of the application documents. We didn’t find any letters of notification from the Secretary of State.

The Italy Youth Baseball, Inc. was dissolved on December 31, 2007. We found two letters sent by the state warning of the dissolution of the Italy Youth Baseball, Inc. charter. And a memo from December 31, 2007 titled “Involuntary Dissolution of Italy Youth Baseball, Inc.”

We are unable to find anything labeled Italy Youth Athletic Association or a similar name on the website.
