Do you remember the game from your childhood when friends asked you a question and before your response, you had to choose between truth or dare? Or, sitting around the fire at night and telling ghost stories? Listening to eery noises or those things that go bump in the night. These are times to be watchful and to take care. You never know what is lurking around the corner and what is real…

Friday night during the third quarter of the Axtell Longhorn vs Italy Gladiator game, three gruesome strangers walked in the side gate with a chainsaw, ran the sidelines toward the cheerleaders, behind the bewildered football players, screaming, yelling and the whirling sound of a chainsaw echoing through the stands. In other words, mass mayhem. Even the referees could not ignore this display. Unfortunately, the Gladiator mascot, Bianca Evans, was unable to get away and was ripped from the safety of her friends and allies. She was dragged kicking and screaming from the scene. Only a small ransom note was left behind. It read:

If you want to see your mascot alive again, you must come to the Necro-Plex Haunted House on Highway 77.

We must see at least 20 game ticket stubs before midnight tonight or we will turn the gladiator mascot into a half dead, life size monster, never to return to Gladiator territory…But be warned, entering the Necro-Plex is risking your life!!!

The Necro-Monsters

No one could identify the getaway vehicle. Could this be real? Truth or dare games? The answer remains to be seen. School board member, Tommy Morrison, was on the scene and said, “I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Someone needs to tell that poor girl’s parents.” Police were unavailable for comment.
